Returns & exchanges
- Tell us within 7 days. Email infinitytechsol@outlook.com with your order number. For damaged or wrong items, tell us within 48 hours and add a photo.
- We confirm the return. Unopened products in their sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged. Opened skincare can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged or wrong.
- Send it back. We share the return address. If the mistake was ours, we cover the delivery.
- Refund or exchange. Within 7 working days of receiving it: to your card, or by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa for cash on delivery orders.
